Just Mortgages appoints new divisional sales director

Due to the continued growth of Just Mortgages’ New Build Division, a third divisional sales director role has been created.
Helen Whitehead has been promoted to the new role looking after the Midlands region having been with the firm for six years as a mortgage adviser.
She will lead and build a team of mortgage advisers while supporting their development and managing an ongoing recruitment programme.
Helen will also be instrumental in growing relationships with existing introducers and housing developers as well as establishing new partnerships.
This appointment will help Just Mortgages New Build Division to continue on the broker firm’s aggressive expansion plans. Five years ago the division had just three mortgage advisers and today that has risen ten-fold to 32 plus an increased admin support function. The new build brokerage plans to surpass forty advisers this year.
Helen Whitehead, divisional sales director for the Midlands, commented: “I am really looking forward to expanding my team of advisers and helping more people to buy their dream homes.
Equally important is building on existing and new relationships with introducers and developers. With housing demand exceeding supply, I except it is going to be an interesting and eventful year.”

He added: “We had a record year in 2021 helping more people move into a new home than ever before. The new build market is extremely popular and we will be taking on at least ten new advisers this year to cope with demand.”
