Quantum Mortgages, the new specialist Buy to Let lender has added both the Packaging & Mortgage Club arm of Brilliant Solutions to its panel.
Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club members will have access to the Quantum Mortgages recently launched BTL product range for Individuals & Limited Companies who can purchase single unit properties including those in Northern Ireland, flats including high rise, new builds, studio, ex local authority & above/adjacent commercial units, MUB’s, HMO’s, holiday & student lets & semi commercial properties. As well as being able to offer a greater choice of properties, Brilliant Solutions members will enjoy practical, manual underwriting with no automated credit scoring,
