Impact Specialist Finance added to Paradigm

13 June 2022

Impact Specialist Finance, the leading specialist packager and distributor, has been added to the packager panel of Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage services proposition.

As part of this arrangement, Paradigm member firms and their advisers can use impact’s Referral Service in order to introduce relevant clients, such as those with complex needs or where the firm doesn’t have the relevant permissions.

Referrals can be accepted for both regulated and non-regulated cases across bridging, specialist lending, buy-to-let and commercial.

Paradigm Mortgage Services currently has a membership in excess of 1,600 directly authorised firms representing over 3,000 advisers, who are all actively engaged in a variety of financial services.

It provides intermediaries with access to lenders covering the whole of market, together with a full range of mortgage-related support services delivered by a diverse range of commercial partners.

Dale Jannels, Managing Director at Impact Specialist Finance, commented:

“As a business that has been operating for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on the service we provide to brokers across all aspects of specialist finance, which includes specialist residential and buy to let, bridging finance, commercial finance and development finance.”

“We have known the team at Paradigm for many years and are very excited to announce our partnership. Our team are looking forward to working with Paradigm and their adviser member firms to deliver specialist finance solutions to their brokers and customers.”

Richard Howes, Director of Mortgages at Paradigm Mortgage Services, added:

“The complex and ever-changing nature of the mortgage market often requires specialist know-how and expertise in order to assist clients, so it’s important advisers have access to a wide range of solutions. We’re pleased to have partnered with Impact for those cases which may be more complex, or quite simply, the firm doesn’t have the authorisations and permissions to be able to act on behalf of the client. Using a referral service as offered by Impact can ensure our member firms keep control of their client relationship while utilising a trusted expert in this part of the market to get the right outcome.”
