Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), one of the leading suppliers of valuation panel management services, has successfully retained its ISO 9001 approval following an independent audit.

The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is a global body that collects and manages various standards for different disciplines. ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS).

Achieving ISO 9001 certification means that an organisation has demonstrated the following:

• Follows the guidelines of the ISO 9001 standard
• Fulfils its own requirements
• Meets customer requirements and statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintains documentation

CSS has successfully held this accreditation for 15 years.
