Thanks to recent improvements in Scotland’s property registration system, the majority of Scottish properties are now available on the online Scottish Land Information Service. This means brokers can access title information within seconds at https://scotlis.ros.gov.uk/search - for just £3 per search. This innovation could save the second charge brokers thousands of pounds each month, representing a major step forward in the sector’s ongoing push for efficiency.
