We’re making some change to Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we’re making some changes to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 30 April.

Core Residential (including Product Transfer)

• Selected Residential 65%-75% 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%.

Exclusives

• Residential 90% 2 and 5 year Purchase Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.10%.
• Selected 65%-75% Residential 2 and 5 year Large Loan Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%.
• Residential Existing Customer Product Transfer Exclusives will be reduced by up to 0.15%.
• Residential 50% Large Loan Exclusives will be reduced by up to 0.15%.

We’ll also be making the following rate increases. If you’re applying for one of these products on behalf of your customer, please send us the application by 8pm today.

Core BTL

• Selected BTL 60% and 75% 2 and 5 year rates will be increased by up to 0.09%.
