Aldermore releases new limited editions for landlords

Aldermore today launches several new zero fee limited edition buy to let (BTL) products for landlords.

The following rates are available immediately:

For new customers
BTL

Individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties

• 2 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 6.09%, up to 75% LTV
• 5 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 5.79%, up to 75% LTV

Multi property for individual and company landlords with residential investment properties

• 2 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 6.04%, up to 75% LTV
• 5 year fix with zero fee limited edition at 5.74%, up to 75% LTV
