Somo brings back last year’s most popular promotion - ‘Free Legals’ - throughout May

From 6th to 30th May, brokers can lock in a deal with Somo and receive up to £2,000 towards lender legal fees - helping clients access competitive bridging finance with fewer upfront costs.

Last year’s Free Legals promotion drove an 82% increase in locked-in deals, and the surge in demand saw Somo commit to covering over £112,000 in legal fees on behalf of borrowers.
