VouchedFor announces winners of inaugural Client Experience Awards

VouchedFor, the UK’s leading adviser review site, has published the list of winners of its first-ever Client Experience Awards.

The shortlists, and ultimately winners, of the 15 categories, were decided based on the strength of client feedback data collected on VouchedFor and Elevation during 2024. Over 90,000 consumer reviews contributed to the results of the awards, which were announced on the 8th of May at a ceremony at London’s Biltmore Hotel, attended by over 200 advisers and providers.

Alex Whitson, VouchedFor MD, commented, “the Client Experience Awards are a deliberately different take on awards. The shortlist and winners are decided entirely by client feedback - with no judges.

“The inaugural ceremony brought together leaders from across the advice profession to celebrate the brilliant work that advisers do for their clients, and inspire ongoing excellence.
