Aldermore cuts rates across its full range of products

Aldermore today announces significant reductions to rates across both its buy to let (BTL) and residential owner occupier ranges, for new and existing customers.

The following rates are available immediately:

For new customers

Residential owner occupiers

  • Level 1: all fixed rates up to 80% LTV, reduced by 0.10% (rates from 5.19%)
  • Level 1: all fixed rates >80% - 95% LTV, reduced by up to 0.20% (rates from 5.74%)
  • Level 2 & 3: all fixed rates up to 80% LTV, reduced by 0.20% (rates from 5.59%)
  • Level 2: all fixed rates >80% - 95% LTV, reduced by up to 0.25% (rates from 6.19%)

Buy to let

Individual and company landlords with single residential properties

  • 2 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.20%, with zero fee, 1.50%, 3% and 5% fee options (rates from 3.49%)
  • 5 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.25%, with zero fee, 1.50%, 5%, 7% and £1,999 fee options (rates from 4.34%)

Multi property product for individual and company landlords with residential investment property portfolios

  • 2 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.20%, with zero fee, 3%, and 5% fee options (rates from 3.44%)
  • 5 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.25%, with zero fee, 1.50%, 5%, 7% and £1,999 fee options (rates from 4.29%)

HMOs and multi unit freeholds

  • 2 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.30%, with zero fee, 3% and 5% fee options (rates from 3.69%)
  • 5 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.35%, with zero fee, 1.50%, 5%, 7% and £1,999 fee options (rates from 4.44%)

Multi property product for individuals and company landlords with HMOs and multi unit freeholds

  • 2 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.30%, with zero fee, 3% and 5% fee options (rates from 3.64%)
  • 5 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.35%, with zero fee, 1.50%, 5%, 7% and £1,999 fee options (rates from 4.39%)

For existing customers (product switch)

Residential owner occupier

  • 2 and 5 year standard fixed rates reduced by 0.10% (rates from 5.39%)
  • 2 and 5 year high LTV fixed rates reduced by up to 0.20% (rates from 5.94%)

Buy to let

Individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties

  • 0.20% reduction across all fixed rates (rates from 5.79%)

HMOs and multi unit freeholds

  • 0.30% reduction across all fixed rates (rates from 5.89%)
