We’re increasing our mortgage products

With effect from Thursday 29th May, we’ll be making changes to our residential and Buy to Let (BTL) mortgage product ranges.

Reminder - We’ve updated our rate change request process

We recently made the following changes to how you request a rate change on an existing mortgage application.

All new business applications e.g. Purchase / Remortgage

• Use Chat with us or upload an Application Amendment Form to the Broker Platform.
• If you upload the Application Amendment Form prior to our rates changing we will honour the new rate*, regardless of when we action the request.
• Please avoid calling our Broker Support Helpdesk to chase any rate amendments that have been submitted, as we are experiencing high call volumes and working on processing the requested amends.

Product Switch applications

Fee Saver Rate or Booking fee capitalised

• Call our Broker Support Helpdesk on 0345 600 5847 to cancel the existing application
• Once cancelled please key a new Product Switch application on the new rate.

Fee paid upfront

• Use Chat with us where an agent will process the rate change for you.

Our broker website has been updated to reflect the above changes.
