Yesterday, we published our full year results for 2024/2025. And we want to say Thank you.
This year, 88% of new mortgage lending was contributed by our intermediary partners, the highest percentage contribution to date.
We're officially the first choice for First Time Buyers in the UK* and with your support, we've helped 120,000 First Time Buyers into their own home.
Overall, we saw a record net lending of £15.5 billion (excludes Virgin Money) vs £2.6 billion in 2024. Plus, a 12.9% market share (excludes Virgin Money) vs 12.3% in 2024.

With your help, this year more landlords joined The Mortgage Works (4% increase on last year). And over 330,000 homes were provided by landlords of The Mortgage Works (4% increase on last year).
