Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries is announcing a new strategic partnership with UK Business Mentoring to support intermediaries with tackling the broader challenges of running and growing a business.
Recognising the role of intermediaries extends beyond traditional brokering, this collaboration will deliver a comprehensive suite of educational content and activities designed to empower intermediary partners.
The Business Mentoring programme will include a dynamic mix of face to face and virtual events, featuring:
- Workshops on core business management skills
- Insight sessions led by experienced mentors
- Podcasts offering practical advice and inspiration
- One-to-one mentoring to support personal and professional growth
The sessions are designed not only to help individuals develop as leaders but also to deliver tangible benefits to their businesses, with a number of sessions to be shared digitally to enable even more intermediary businesses to benefit.
