Molly Hepburn, Director at Kuflink, said,

“People and culture create the essence of any business which is why we focus on the happiness of our team. Having a sense of empowerment and wellbeing allows our people to thrive, be recognised and rewarded. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Kuflink team for their passion, resilience and positive attitude in driving our success, together!”

Molly continued, “ We are delighted to have been recognised by The Sunday Times for the second year in a row as we won our place as one of the Best Places to Work in 2024 as well. Our success is a result of the effort our team puts in every day. We’re immensely proud of their dedication and commitment. Being recognised as one of the Best Places to Work reinforces our belief that investing in our people pays off. We actively encourage our teams to share their ideas and suggestions. Every contribution is taken seriously, creating an environment where creativity and fresh perspectives thrive. We want to attract talented individuals who join our team, grow with us, and advance their careers within Kuflink.”
