Mansfield Building Society accepts Expat BTL from the EU

Mansfield Building Society can now accept Expat Buy to Let (BTL) from Expats residing in European Union (EU) member states.

Allowing Expats from within EU member states is an addition to Mansfield’s existing Expat BTL lending, which covers properties in England, Wales and Scotland*. The criteria is also available on the Society’s Consumer Buy to Let and on its Holiday Let mortgages across England and Wales.

Tom Denman-Molloy, Intermediary Sales Manager at Mansfield Building Society, said:

“We’re thrilled to be expanding our buy to let lending criteria for Expats to allow for those currently living in EU Member states. This is an addition to our already expansive buy to let criteria.
