Mortimer Street Capital Appoints Strategic Hire, Justin Trowse as Managing Director – Debt Advisory

Following a period of significant growth, Mortimer Street Capital is developing plans to strengthen its management and origination capabilities, with a focus on experienced hires within the specialist finance market.

Justin brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate and financial sectors. He has held senior positions within the specialist lending market, most notably as Director of Bridging Finance and later Director of Structured Finance at LendInvest, where he was responsible for scaling their bridging proposition. Most recently, he played a key role in Allica Bank’s integration of Tuscan Capital and the successful launch of Allica bridging finance product — a strategic expansion for the bank into the short-term lending space.

Mortimer Street Capital focuses on structured and complex transactions across the commercial, development, and bridging finance sectors. The firm was founded as a specialist arm of Visionary Finance, a business that has built a strong client base over the past 15 years. MSC was launched in response to growing demand for larger, more intricate funding requirements that go beyond the scope of traditional brokerages.

This appointment marks a significant step in MSC’s mission to scale its capabilities and deepen its presence in the specialist finance market.
