West Midlands-based, Davisons Law, joins conveybuddy panel, strengthening national conveyancing coverage

12 June 2025

Conveyancing distributor, conveybuddy, has today (12th June 2025) announced the addition of Davisons Law to its panel of conveyancing providers, strengthening the scale and reach of its legal services proposition for brokers across England and Wales.

With 19 offices nationwide and over 400 staff, Davisons Law is one of the largest, conveyancing firms in the UK.

Established over 35 years ago, and headquartered in the West Midlands, Davisons Law undertakes high-volume residential property work, with a client-first approach that conveybuddy said will resonate with its broker users and their customers.

This addition follows the recent integration of DP Law into the Davisons Law Group and its own addition onto conveybuddy’s panel last month.

conveybuddy said it will work closely with Davisons Law’s business development and conveyancing leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and operational performance.

Helen Bartlam and Anthony Myles, Directors at Davisons Law, will be overseeing the partnership alongside Mark Game, Sales Director and Amy Innes, Head of Operations, at conveybuddy.

Launched in 2024, conveybuddy offers a tech-enabled panel management proposition backed by over 60 years of combined conveyancing distribution experience. It provides brokers with a transparent, efficient service across key products including sale, purchase, remortgage (including an all-inclusive option), and surveys.

Harpal Singh, CEO at conveybuddy, said:

“Davisons Law are a perfect fit for conveybuddy right now. They have a deep rooted presence in the West Midlands and have always valued intermediary distribution. Not only are they one of the biggest conveyancing firms in the UK, but they are known for their scale, efficiency and ongoing investment in people, systems and service. This means we can confidently support even more brokers with dependable conveyancing services, while continuing to offer the regional flavour brokers and their clients value. We’ve known the Davisons team for many years, and this partnership is built on trust, alignment and a shared goal to improve outcomes for brokers and their customers.”

Anthony Myles, Director at Davisons, said:

“It’s great for Davisons to be joining the conveybuddy panel, hot on the heels of DP Law. Professional intermediaries are very important to us, having worked with mortgage brokers and estate agents for over 20 years. Harpal, Mark and Amy take a real partnership approach with law firms, which helps us all raise standards together. We know how vital it is to deliver a trusted service to clients – especially when we’ve been recommended to them. With our strong local expertise and commitment to service, we’re excited to support conveybuddy’s growing network and help make the conveyancing journey smoother for everyone involved.”
