Virgin Money - We’re launching new Exclusive Purchase deals

We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Tuesday 17 June.

Purchase

• NEW Exclusive 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be launched at 4.14%.
• NEW Exclusive 85% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be launched at 4.28%.
• Exclusive 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be reduced by 0.10%, to 4.19%.
• Exclusive 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £895 fee will be reduced by 0.03%, to 4.26%.
• Shared Ownership fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%.

Remortgage

• Exclusive 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be reduced by 0.06%, to 4.14%.

BTL

• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed rates with £2,195 fee will be reduced by up to 0.10%.
• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed rates with 3% fee will be reduced by up to 0.05%.
• Selected 2 & 5 year fixed rates with 1% fee will be reduced by up to 0.14%.
