Foundation Home Loans launches new Limited Edition buy to let products for expats, HMOs and MUFBs

Foundation Home Loans, the intermediary-only specialist lender, has today (18th June 2025) unveiled five new Limited Edition buy to let products designed with larger loan sizes in mind, featuring flat fee structures.
The new Limited Edition products include:
- F1 - for landlord borrowers with an almost clean credit history - five-year fix at 5.19% (flat fee £4,995, 75% LTV, minimum loan £200,000).
- F1 five-year fix at 4.99% (flat fee £7,995, 75% LTV, minimum loan £300,000).
- F2 - for landlord borrowers financing a more specialist property type - Large HMO two-year fix at 6.34% (flat fee £4,995, 75% LTV, minimum loan £200,000).
- F2 Large HMO five-year fix at 6.14% (flat fee £4,995, 75% LTV, minimum loan £200,000).
- F2 Multi Unit Freehold Block (MUFB) five-year fixed at 5.64% (flat fee £4,995, 75% LTV, minimum loan £200,000).
In addition, Foundation Home Loans has reduced the rate on its existing F1 Expat two-year fix by five basis points (bps), which is now priced at 6.09% (75% LTV, 1.50% fee).
