The Right Mortgage & Protection Network launches New Health Fact Find

The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has today (18th June 2025) announced the launch of Acre’s new Health Fact Find feature to its advisers.
The network said the introduction of the Health Fact Find, on the Acre platform, is part of its ongoing commitment to enhance the adviser and client journey, delivering more comprehensive data capture tools to support and simplify the Protection, Private Medical Insurance (PMI), and Equity Release advice processes.
Available now to all advisers within member firms, the Health Fact Find allows advisers to record detailed client health information across key areas including medical history, general lifestyle, diagnosed conditions, medications, GP and family medical information, and more.
The new section appears within the Acre platform on all Health and Protection cases, sitting beneath the existing fact find area. It includes features such as auto-calculated BMI based on entered height and weight, and a synchronised smoker status field that aligns with the Protection sourcing journey, which The Right Mortgage said streamlines processes and reduces duplication.
The network said the new development was part of its aim to build a fully integrated, best-in-class experience for both the adviser and the client across the entire advice journey. This launch is a key foundation of further enhancements to Acre’s platform, particularly in supporting full advice journeys for Equity Release and deeper integration with Protection and PMI sourcing.
Later this year, the functionality will be expanded via the introduction of the Client Portal Health Fact Find. This will allow clients to complete their own health data independently and securely from home, prior to or between adviser meetings.
It is expected to reduce appointment time, increase information accuracy, and improve the overall experience for both adviser and client.
The Right Mortgage said the addition of this new functionality is part of its roadmap to deliver smarter, more efficient hybrid journeys that balance compliance, client convenience, and adviser control.
