Accord reduces residential rates by up to 0.09%

25 June 2025

Accord Mortgages will tomorrow (Thursday, 26 June) reduce rates again across its residential range.

The intermediary-only lender is reducing the interest rates on its two- and three-year fixes by 0.09%, and its five-year deals by 0.03%.

Highlights of the new range include:

  • A two-year fixed rate to 75% LTV, for house purchase, reduced to 4.07% (was 4.16%), with a £1,495 fee and free standard valuation
  • A three-year fixed rate to 85% LTV, at 4.64% (was 4.73%), with a £495 fee, free standard valuation and either £500 cashback or free remortgage legal services
  • The rate on Accord’s two-year fixed rate £5K Deposit Mortgage, which enables house purchasers to borrow up to £500,000 with a deposit of £5,000, will also drop to 5.45% (was 5.48%), with no fee and free standard valuation.

Gemma Hyland, product manager for mortgages at Accord Mortgages, said:

“While things are calmer than they were in the mortgage market overall, we are still seeing a degree of volatility in market interest rates.

“We’re continuing to seize any opportunities this presents to lower our own rates and offer even better value to our brokers and their clients, and this is the latest example of that in action.”
