KSEYE Expands Offering with Title Insurance and New Refurbishment Drawdown Product

Specialist bridging lender KSEYE has unveiled two major additions to its lending proposition: the introduction of title insurance across its offering and the launch of a refurbishment drawdown product designed for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
The refurbishment product is available for both light and heavy refurbishments, with loan sizes up to £7.5 million and funding available up to 90% loan-to-cost (LTC). Available to a broad range of clients, the product is flexible and tailored — and in many cases, does not require an IMS.
These enhancements reflect KSEYE’s commitment to continuous innovation and its focus on finding solutions that work for brokers and borrowers.
