Kuflink expands sales team

Kuflink, the award winning bridging lender, has appointed two new members to its sales team to support its intermediary focussed expansion.

Joshua Spratt, joins from second charge specialist, Lendable, while Maisie Kemp worked for Buy to Let specialist, Keystone Property Finance. Both report to newly appointed Head of Origination, Ranjit Narwal.

Kuflink has undergone significant changes in its senior team already this year as it reorganises its strategy to focus on broker origination. According to Ranjit, the appointments of Joshua and Maisie are another part of the expansion of Kuflink’s commitment to the intermediary community.
