e4 Strategic introduces VERSA to transform lender–conveyancer communication

VERSA, a new digital workflow management platform developed by digital solutions provider e4 Strategic, has been launched to modernise the post-offer processes and improve efficiency in the conveyancing process for UK mortgage lenders and conveyancers.

VERSA has been developed in the UK over the past four years in collaboration with some of the industry’s leading mortgage lenders and conveyancing experts, backed by over two decades of experience delivering similar solutions to South Africa’s largest mortgage lenders and conveyancers.

The platform has been built to address one of the most persistent challenges to the UK property market - the manual and fragmented nature of the offer-to-completion phase of the conveyancing transaction. VERSA delivers a fully digital workflow that securely connects, in real time, lenders with conveyancers and other key parties throughout the homebuying and remortgage processes.

While much of the focus in recent years has been on digitising the front end of the mortgage process from application to offer, the post-offer stage has been mostly overlooked and remains an often slow and frustrating part of the transaction for all involved.

The VERSA platform provides a full suite of products that digitise the offer-to-completion process, including:
