Buckinghamshire Building Society joins Primis lender panel

Buckinghamshire Building Society has today, Monday 8th September, announced that it has been added to the Primis lender panel.

Primis network members will now have full access to Buckinghamshire Building Society’s extensive product range, including its Everyday Residential, Everyday Expat, Credit Revive, Credit Restore, buy-to-let, limited company buy-to-let and holiday let ranges.

The Society is known for its manual underwriting, with every case assessed on its individual merits, and for offering flexibility on criteria by focusing on affordability rather than rigid income multiples. Its proposition is designed to help brokers place both straightforward and complex cases, including self-employed borrowers, credit-impaired clients, multi-generational households, expats, and unusual property types.
