Conveyancing Alliance reveals new brand following sustained growth

Conveyancing Alliance (CAL) has today announced a strategic rebrand to CAL, unifying its portfolio under a single home brand with two product brands: Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing. The move follows years of growth and industry recognition, enabling fresh investment in the platform and customer experience, and directly reflecting feedback from mortgage advisers, estate agents and their clients.

Built on a long heritage serving the broker and estate agency communities, CAL connects its members with trusted, high-quality conveyancers, who deliver exceptional service for their clients. Under the new brand structure:

  • CAL becomes the home brand for the group’s solutions.
  • Broker Conveyancing focuses on mortgage advisers and their clients.
  • Agent Conveyancing serves estate agents and their customers.

The new branding launches today with a refreshed look and feel, including new logos, followed by a series of developments and upgrades to digital tools, products, and team expertise. CAL's strategic focus centres on ensuring transactions are simple, seamless and stress-free, while helping firms to win through revenue growth, enhancing their reputation, and strengthening long-term client relationships. By unifying under one master brand with clear product lines, CAL is removing friction, investing in the experience, and staying relentlessly focused on trust and quality.

The new brands’ logo series use a bookmark symbol which is inspired by how clients engage with the service; by bookmarking the online referral portal for easy access. It’s been crafted to incorporate the silhouette of a building, making a clear and confident statement about who the brands are and what they do.
