LiveMore application deadline for Lifetime (ER) mortgages

Deadline date
We will be increasing rates and loan-to-values on our LTV10 Lifetime (Equity Release) products on Friday 19th September at 5.30pm. Please advise your team, brokers, network and club members.
We’re making these increases on LTV10 Lifetime products including:
- Standard
- Five Year ERC
- Six Month Offer (purchase)
Please note: Property+ products are unchanged.
- KFIs deadline Friday 19th September before 5.30pm
- Submitted KFIs to be converted to Applications by 5.30pm on Friday 3rd October 2025
