Barclays cuts mortgage rates

We’re cutting mortgage rates, with a particular focus on high LTV products in support of first-time buyers or those with a lower deposit. All changes are effective from tomorrow, Thursday 25th September.
Some changes to highlight:
- 4.05% 2 Yr Fixed £899 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 3.98%
- 4.87% 5 Yr Fixed £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £25k, Max loan £570k will decrease to 4.80%
We will also be making a limited number of increases in our remortgage range.

- 4.22% 2 Yr Fixed £0 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 4.18%
- 4.33% Premier 2 Yr Fixed £899 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £640k will decrease to 4.27%
- 4.34% 2 Yr Fixed £899 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £640k will decrease to 4.28%
- 4.53% 2 Yr Fixed £0 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £640k will decrease to 4.48%
- 4.95% 2 Yr Fixed £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £25k, Max loan £570k will decrease to 4.85%
- 4.64% 3 Yr Fixed £899 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £640k will decrease to 4.58%
- 4.87% 5 Yr Fixed £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £25k, Max loan £570k will decrease to 4.80%
- 4.43% Green Home 2 Yr Fixed £0 product fee, 90% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £640k will decrease to 4.38%

- 4.34% 2 Yr Fixed £999 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £5k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 4.24%
- 4.66% Great Escape™ 2 Yr Fixed £0 product fee, 80% LTV, Min loan £50k, Max loan £2m will decrease to 4.56%
