VAS strengthens Real Estate division with appointment of Technical Director

Valuation panel management firm VAS has expanded with the appointment of Hannah Partington as Technical Director, adding her considerable experience to its industry-leading, four-strong Real Estate team.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Hannah brings extensive knowledge across consultancy and valuations, specialising in residential consultancy, viability assessments, and the valuation of residential investment assets and development land.

She has advised Local Authorities, higher education providers, central government departments, major lending institutions, and national and regional housebuilders. Most recently, she was Lead Director at JLL in the Yorkshire and North East Residential Value & Risk Advisory team.

Her appointment further strengthens VAS’ ability to support its lender, broker and valuer partners, ensuring they continue to benefit from expert technical insight and best-in-class valuation services.

VAS’ Real Estate team now comprises of four experienced Chartered Surveyors, working closely with over 20 highly experienced RICS qualified auditors previously from some of the UK’s leading firms.

The division delivers deep market insight, supports lender and broker onboarding, oversees panel management, and offers technical guidance. This powerful blend of expertise underpins VAS’ industry-leading proposition, safeguarding client interests and instilling confidence in every valuation.
