bClear bolsters team with two new appointments

bClear, the award-winning PR and digital communications agency, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Ade Jones and Alice Straker.
Ade brings a wealth of experience from the financial services industry, following seven years as Head of PR at Benefact Group, which owns specialist insurer Ecclesiastical and asset management firm EdenTree. Before Benefact Group, Ade held senior communications roles at Lloyds Banking Group and Chelsea Building Society, before its merger with Yorkshire Building Society.
As client services director, Ade will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of agency operations, with a strong emphasis on team development and operational efficiency. The role is pivotal in driving the agency’s success by building a high-performing team and ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional client service.
Alice Straker joins as a senior account manager, having completed seven years at CIB, an integrated construction marketing agency where she worked with a variety of clients from throughout the built environment and automotive sectors. In 2023 she was awarded Emerging Agency Star of the Year at the Construction Marketing Awards for her enthusiasm and enterprise. She will report into chief executive Debbie Staveley and client services director Ade Jones.
