10 October 2025
Conference of the Future 2025, taking place on 21 October at the Holiday Inn, London Kensington, has confirmed Rosalia Lazzara, Tim Sweetman, and Julian Marlow as part of its speaker lineup. The event will spotlight how artificial intelligence is reshaping the mortgage industry going forward.
At the conference, Rosalia Lazzara, a social media and branding strategist, will act as event host while also presenting a session on how brokers can elevate their digital presence. Known for helping advisers harness creative content and personal branding, she will show how supportive AI tools combined with strong social strategies can build visibility and trust in a highly competitive marketplace.
Tim Sweetman, National Account Manager at Paragon Bank and winner of the Business Development Manager of the Year 2024/25 award, will deliver a lender’s view of where the buy-to-let market is headed. Drawing on his strong broker relationships, Sweetman will discuss how lenders and brokers can innovate together to unlock new opportunities, while offering a candid view of how AI adoption is reshaping lending and broker support.
Julian Marlow is the National Account Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, who brings extensive experience in account management and lender partnerships. Representing one of the UK’s largest banking groups, Marlow will provide a high-level view of how banks and brokers can work together more effectively in the age of AI. His session will highlight both the challenges and opportunities of aligning traditional banking practices with the digital-first approaches enabled by AI.
By bringing together expertise in branding, lending, and banking, Lazzara, Sweetman, and Marlow add a new dimension to Conference of the Future 2025. Attendees will not only gain practical guidance on leveraging AI for visibility and client engagement, but also hear directly from lenders on how partnerships and market opportunities are shifting in an AI-driven environment. Together, these perspectives equip attendees with a well-rounded toolkit to strengthen their businesses and thrive in an AI-enabled future.
