Greenfield Bridging named as newest FIBA lender partner

The Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA) has announced that Greenfield Bridging is its latest lender partner. FIBA, which launched in 2017, is a trade body designed to support and represent IFAs, residential mortgage and commercial finance brokers, lenders, and service providers involved in the specialist lending sector.

Established during the financial crisis in 2009, Greenfield Bridging is accustomed to operating - and supporting brokers - in adverse situations and challenging lending climates. Meeting commercial and residential requirements, Greenfield is structured to be able to support both FCA regulated and unregulated loans, offering fast turnarounds and direct access to decision makers.
