Simplybiz Mortgages launches 2025 Mortgage Showcase series

SimplyBiz Mortgages has announced its annual series of Mortgage Showcase events, set to take place in five locations across the UK this autumn and winter. Designed to provide mortgage intermediaries with valuable insight, education, and networking opportunities, the events will bring together leading lenders, economists, and industry experts to explore the issues shaping the lending market in 2025 and beyond.
The Mortgage Showcase series starts this week and will visit:
- Bolton – 22 October
- North London – 23 October
- Glasgow – 29 October
- Gatwick – 5 November
- Solihull – 18 November
Each event will feature a full seminar programme alongside an exhibition of up to 50 intermediary-focused lenders and service providers. Attendees can expect updates from leading voices within the sector and access to practical sessions offering CPD throughout the day.
Amongst the highlights of the seminar agenda are in-depth economic updates, including one from the Bank of England at the North London event, lender and market responses to 2026 expectations, an exploration of the perceived threats and opportunities of AI to advisers, and deep dives into what’s next for buy to let, innovation across the mortgage markets, and working with clients with vulnerable characteristics.,
With additional contributions from the Building Societies Association, Association of Mortgage Intermediaries, and fraud and cyber-security specialists, each event is designed to deliver relevant, actionable insights for advisers considering ways in which to future-proof their businesses and better serve their clients.
In addition, delegates will benefit from breakfast, lunch, free parking, and the chance to discuss live cases directly with lenders. The schedule runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm, giving attendees a full day of learning and networking.
