Brilliant Solutions mortgage club announced record figures

Brilliant Solutions, the mortgage club and specialist mortgage distributor, today confirmed that its mortgage club has significantly outperformed the market as the business reports a record year and a record month for its mortgage club.

The mortgage club reported growth in lending figures of almost a third; well above the increase in UK lending as a whole and significantly above the growth rate experienced in the intermediary mortgage sector. October was a record month for the business and continues the incredible growth seen in the first three quarters of the year.

We’ve already surpassed our total lending for the whole of last year, which is an incredible milestone and a real reflection of the strength of the relationships we’ve built across the industry.

We’ve seen a significant increase in growth rates since the UK Mortgage Convention in London as we expect next year’s event to drive another wave of interest in our services.
