Somo’s much-anticipated Black Friday event, now in its fifth year, builds on last year’s record-breaking success, which saw a 43% uplift in deals compared to a typical month. The promotion gives brokers and borrowers the choice of either a free valuation or free legals, making it one of the most popular campaigns in the bridging calendar.

During last year’s campaign, Somo committed to paying out £318,214 in Borrower fees, with borrowers saving an average of £2,850 each. The event will almost certainly continue to be Somo’s busiest month of the year, driven by its popularity among brokers and borrowers alike.
