Arc & Co. and Paragon Development Finance complete £10.36m loan for Birmingham Jewellery Quarter scheme

Arc & Co. has arranged a £10,360,000 development facility with Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division to support a regional developer in delivering a new 53-unit residential scheme in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter.
Recognised for its heritage character, proximity to the Colmore business district, independent retail and hospitality offering, and excellent transport links, the Jewellery Quarter remains one of Birmingham’s most sought-after urban neighbourhoods. Buyer and investor demand in the area continues to strengthen, driven by the appeal of premium city centre living.
The developer has an established track record across Birmingham and the wider region, consistently delivering successful residential schemes. Construction on the project is underway, with phased sales scheduled across the 30-month programme. The funding structure has been designed to provide flexibility throughout the build and anticipated sales cycle.
Following a competitive tender process managed by Arc & Co., Paragon—based in nearby Solihull—was selected for its competitive pricing, reliability, and specialist sector knowledge.
