Hope Capital Property Finance celebrates dual recognition for outstanding workplace standards

Specialist short-term lender, Hope Capital Property Finance, is proud to announce that it has been officially accredited as a Living Wage Employer and has achieved Great Place To Work® Certification™ within the Financial Services & Insurance sector.

As one of the few lenders in the bridging finance market to hold both distinctions, these achievements mark an important milestone for Hope Capital Property Finance, demonstrating the company’s ongoing commitment to its people and workplace culture.

Hope Capital Property Finance is based in the North West, where 16.8% of all jobs pay less than the real Living Wage - around 510,000 jobs. Despite this, the lender has committed to pay above the real Living Wage and provide a good standard of living for all their team.

The Living Wage Foundation’s real Living Wage remains the only UK wage rate independently calculated based on the cost of living, rising annually based on living costs. It gives employers the confidence they are paying a wage that meets everyday needs, not just the government minimum.

In addition, becoming Certified™ by Great Place To Work® is a prestigious award based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Hope Capital Property Finance.

This year, 94% of employees said it’s a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK based company.
