Guru Growth Solutions (formerly Advice Guru) has launched the pilot of Marketing Guru, the latest addition to its growing suite of tools designed to help financial advisers build, run and grow sustainable advice businesses.
The pilot follows the recent launch of Business Guru, and together with the original Advice Guru platform and Network Guru adviser directory, the products form the Guru Growth System – an integrated, AI-powered framework supporting advisers across advice, business operations, marketing and network engagement.
While the business has rebranded from Advice Guru to Guru Growth Solutions, the move reflects the evolution of the business as its tools to support advisers grew to include several different areas. The pilot of Marketing Guru marks the latest addition to its growing suite of tools designed to help financial advisers build, run and grow sustainable advice businesses.
Originally launched as an education-led platform focused on adviser knowledge and competence, Advice Guru has expanded in response to adviser demand for broader, practical support beyond technical learning. As company founder, Stuart Powell, explained:
“Over time, it became clear that advisers weren’t just asking how to give good advice and for educational resources for their clients – they also wanted to know how to build a viable, resilient business around it with successful, replicable and repeatable processes.

The pilot focuses on:

- reducing reliance on ad-hoc or poorly targeted marketing spend
Unlike traditional marketing platforms, Marketing Guru is not positioned as a lead-generation service. Instead, it aims to improve adviser understanding, decision-making and long-term capability.

The launch of Marketing Guru is part of a wider roadmap under the Guru Growth System, which is designed to be modular and flexible.
