Marsden joins Brilliant Solutions’ lender panel

Marsden Building Society has joined the Brilliant Solutions lender panel, further strengthening the availability of specialist solutions to club members.
This partnership introduces the Marsden’s Later Life and Expat lending products to the club, giving members greater flexibility and support for complex cases that may fall outside of mainstream criteria.
Brilliant Solutions’ intermediary partners will benefit from the Marsden’s manual underwriting and common-sense approach to lending, which includes individual case assessments, direct access to decision-makers, and no reliance on credit scoring.
The Society has three product ranges available for clients aged 55+ who are nearing or already in retirement: Later Life, Retirement Interest Only and Lending into Retirement.
For expat cases, the Marsden can support with its Expat Residential and Expat Buy to Let solutions, both of which benefit from a recently enhanced Country Exclusions list.
