We're making increases to Clydesdale Bank rates

We wanted to let you know that we’re increasing the following Clydesdale Bank Residential fixed rates on Thursday 12 February.

Core Residential Purchase & Remortgage Rates

• Selected 2 and 5 year 65%-85% fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.10%
• Selected 2 and 5 year 90-95% LTV fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.19%

Core Residential Product Transfer Rates

• Selected 2 and 5 year 65%-85% fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.10%
• Selected 2 and 5 year 90-95% LTV fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.19%

Professional Residential Fixed Rates

• 2 and 5 year 65%-95% LTV fixed Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.28%
• 2 and 5 year 65%-95% LTV fixed Newly Qualified Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.27%

Broker Exclusive Fixed Rates

• Selected 2 and 5 year 85%-95% LTV fixed rate Purchase Exclusive will be increased by up to 0.15%

If you’re applying for one of these products on behalf of your customer, please send us the application by 8pm today.

We'll also be changing our end dates to May of the relevant year.
