Countrywide Surveying Services promote Sarah Chalmers-Stevens to Associate Director, Learning & Development

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) one of the UK’s leading providers of property risk management, valuations and home surveys, has promoted Sarah Chalmers-Stevens to Associate Director, Learning & Development with immediate effect.

Sarah joined Countrywide Surveying Service as a graduate in 2004, qualifying as TechRICS before completing her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and achieving MRICS in 2011. She spent many years surveying across the Southwest and South Wales, progressing to Managing Surveyor and later Regional Manager, all while balancing life as a mum to two boys.

For the past five years, Sarah has worked in Learning and Development, where she is passionate about ensuring surveyors and future surveyors receive the same high quality mentoring and support she has benefited from throughout her career. In her new role, Chalmers-Stevens and her team will guide colleagues through their AssocRICS qualification, APC, and Leadership Development.

In total, around 700 surveyors have progressed to qualification through CSS’s AssocRICS training academy and applications are now open for those interested in joining the next intake.
