Hope Capital Property Finance Promotes Kate Cowan to Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Hope Capital Property Finance has announced the promotion of Kate Cowan to Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO), further strengthening its senior leadership team as the business continues its growth trajectory.
Kate joined Hope Capital in 2019 as Finance Director and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2023. In her role as CFO, she has worked closely with CEO Jonathan Sealey to help shape the strategic direction of the business, with a strong focus on driving sustainable commercial growth.
Kate has established an impressive track record, leading major investment initiatives and playing a pivotal role in the development and launch of innovative, market-leading products. This includes Hope Capital Property Finance’s record-breaking performance in 2025, including the lenders loan book increasing by 61% comparing year-end 2024 and year-end 2025.
In her new role as CFOO, Kate will continue to lead the finance department while oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, continuing to strengthen operational efficiencies across all areas of the organisation.
