Whether your landlord client has a spotless credit profile or a few historical bumps along the way, our Buy to Let range is designed to help you place more cases with confidence.
At Buckinghamshire Building Society, we offer a flexible and pragmatic Buy to Let proposition, now strengthened with the launch of our Credit Revive BTL range - available for both Personal and Limited Company landlords.
Our core Everyday BTL range supports landlords with:
- Up to 80% LTV and a maximum loan size of up to £1m (product dependent)
- Historic mortgage arrears (none in the last 2 years)
- Credit blips considered (up to £250 utilities and communications defaults in the last 2 years, small CCJs (subject to limits and recent history), limited payday loan use and more...
It’s a strong, straightforward solution for standard cases where a little common sense underwriting makes all the difference.
NEW: Credit Revive Buy to Let (Personal & Limited Company options available)
For landlords rebuilding after previous credit issues, our Credit Revive BTL range provides a clear and structured pathway back into the market.
Highlights include:
- Up to 75% LTV (product dependent)
- Loans up to £500k
- Mortgage arrears considered (subject to limits and recent history)
- CCJs considered up to £500
- IVA/Bankruptcy accepted once satisfied / discharged (subject to timeframe and clean conduct since)
- Underwriter discretion on certain historic defaults and adverse
This range recognises that adverse credit doesn’t define a landlord’s future - particularly where issues are historic and conduct has since stabilised.
If you’ve got a buy to let case that doesn’t quite fit the high street, or one that needs a lender prepared to take a balanced view, we’d love to talk.
