Brickflow has supported regional housebuilder Pierre Lombaard of Purple Pepper Homes in securing over £36m of development finance across three loan facilitate for residential projects located in Haywards Heath, Hastings and Southampton, unlocking the delivery of 222 new homes.
All three schemes, introduced via a broker to Brickflow, are residential developments, forming part of the developer’s expanding pipeline across the South of England.
