Finova, one of the UK’s leading providers of cloud-based mortgage, savings and lending software, has been selected by Watts Commercial Finance to power its operations with Finova Broker CRM, as the specialist brokerage looks to enhance administrative efficiency, streamline introducer relationships and improve its client journey.

Watts Commercial, now in its 20th year of operation, specialises in delivering commercial funding solutions to businesses, property investors and developers across the UK. As part of its ongoing growth strategy, the brokerage sought a technology partner that could automate key processes, increase operational capacity and provide greater transparency across its cases.

Finova Broker CRM’s automation capabilities were central to the decision. By automating core administrative tasks, the platform is enabling Watts Commercial to increase team capacity and allow staff to focus more time on delivering tailored funding solutions to clients.
