Landbay announce Regional Account Manager appointment

Buy-to-let lender, Landbay has today (12th March 2026) announced the appointment of Scott Leach as its new Regional Account Manager for the Midlands region.
In his new role, Scott will work closely with brokers across the region, providing guidance on Landbay’s buy-to-let proposition and supporting advisers to help place cases with the lender efficiently and effectively.
Scott brings over a decade of experience in specialist lending and business development to the Regional Account Manager role. He joins Landbay from Kensington Mortgages and has also held roles at Clever Lending, where he developed strong relationships with brokers and built a reputation for being proactive, reliable and easy to work with.
At Landbay, Scott will focus on helping brokers navigate criteria, identify opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for their landlord clients, offering clear guidance, quick responses and a practical approach to case placement.
