We’re increasing selected rates

We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Tuesday 17 March.

Purchase

• 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.35%
• 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%
• 10 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.25%
• Shared Ownership fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.35%

Remortgage

• 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.35%
• 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%
• 75% LTV 10 year fixed rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.25%

BTL

• 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.35%
• 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%

Product Transfer

• 65% & 75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by 0.25%
• 80%, 85%, 90% & 95% LTV fixed rates will be increased by 0.20%
• 2 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by 0.35%
• 3 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by 0.35%
• 5 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%
