conveybuddy expands team with two new account-focused hires as broker demand continues to grow

17 March 2026

Conveyancing distributor, conveybuddy, has today (17th March 2026) announced the appointment of two new team members as it continues to expand its broker support function in response to strong business growth.

Simran Bhangra has joined as an Account Manager and Polly Knight has joined as a Business Development Executive.

Both Simran and Polly will work closely with conveybuddy’s broker users, helping them grow their conveyancing business and ensuring they receive the support needed to deliver the right outcomes for their clients.

The appointments follow a period of rapid growth for the business. February 2026 instruction numbers were over 27% higher than any month recorded during 2025, while the number of brokers instructing cases is already 16% higher than last year’s peak month of October.

conveybuddy now has more than 3,200 registered brokers using its platform. The firm said the increase in demand reflects growing frustration among advisers with hidden fees and unclear pricing in the conveyancing market, and a desire for greater transparency for clients.

As a result, conveybuddy said it is expanding its account management resource in order to maintain high levels of service and support for its growing broker base. The new appointments will focus on working with both existing and new broker partners, helping them grow their conveyancing sales while strengthening the relationship between conveybuddy and its introducers.

Simran joins the business with experience across legal, estate agency and property services. Most recently she worked at Lifetime Legal as a Property Service Legal Advisor (Conveyancing). Polly brings significant conveyancing sector experience having previously worked at Conveyancing Index where she was a Team Senior.

Launched in 2024, conveybuddy provides a tech-enabled panel management service supported by over 80 years of combined conveyancing distribution expertise. As of today, it has over 3,200 registered brokers and has ambitious plans to grow this throughout the next 12 months. conveybuddy offers advisers a transparent and streamlined solution across sale, purchase, remortgage (including an all-inclusive option), and survey cases.

Harpal Singh, CEO at conveybuddy, said:

“Demand from brokers for our products and services continues to grow at a very strong rate and that is clearly reflected in the numbers we are seeing across the platform. Instruction levels are already well ahead of last year and we are continuing to see more brokers register with us every week.

“A big part of that growth is down to the fact brokers are becoming increasingly frustrated with hidden fees and pricing structures that are not always clear from the outset. They want a solution that is transparent and straightforward for both them and their clients.

“As our broker base grows it is essential that we continue to invest in excellent people who can support those firms and help them get the most the clear business and income opportunity that exists. Simran and Polly both bring relevant experience from within the property and conveyancing sectors and will play an important role as we continue to build the business.”

Simran Bhangra, Account Manager at conveybuddy, said:

“I’m excited to join conveybuddy at a time when the business is growing so quickly. I’m looking forward to working closely with brokers and helping them build stronger conveyancing relationships for their clients.”

Polly Knight, Business Development Executive at conveybuddy, said:

“Having worked in the conveyancing sector for a number of years, I know how important strong broker relationships are. I’m pleased to be joining the team and helping more advisers benefit from what conveybuddy offers.”
