At HSBC UK we’re here to support your customers who may be vulnerable or need a little extra help when applying for and managing their mortgage.
We’d really value your feedback on:
- how confident you feel in recognising when a customer may be vulnerable, and
- how supported you feel to respond in the right way
Also, we’d like to get your views on the current ways of sharing vulnerability related information with HSBC UK – what’s working well, and where things could be clearer, quicker, or more consistent.
