TRM appoints new Compliance Manager

The Right Mortgage & Protection Network (TRM) has today (7th April 2026) announced the appointment of Samantha Roe as its new Compliance Manager.

Samantha Roe joins with responsibility for maintaining a primary point of contact for Appointed Representatives (ARs) within her allocated area, managing the Training & Competence (T&C) programme, and ensuring compliance with both company and regulatory procedures.

Her role also includes identifying business risks, supporting advisers in meeting regulatory requirements, conducting audits and reviews, coaching and monitoring individuals, and assisting with technical queries and escalations arising from file reviews.

Samantha brings over 25 years’ experience in financial services compliance and advice to the role, most recently as Regional Compliance Manager at HL Partnership Ltd, supporting advisers across mortgages, equity release and protection, delivering compliance training, and conducting firm audits and risk reviews.

Prior to this, she spent over 15 years at Mortgage Select (SW) Ltd in a combined Compliance Manager and Adviser role, overseeing regulatory compliance, training and competence, complaints handling, and AML processes, alongside advising on mortgages, protection and equity release.
